A TASTY YEAR IN KELOWNA

Updated: Jul 4, 2022

YEAR IN REVIEW

A huge thank you to everyone who supported me in 2021. The Okanagan & BC dealt with the highest temperatures ever, forest fires all August, and flooding like never before. All in year one of business for me. I am thankful to be here for year 2 and will continue proudly showing how amazing Kelowna & the Okaganan is!

This year I am open Monday-Saturday with 3-hour tours at 10:30am & 2pm. I also offer savings for Group/Private Tours as well! Each tour includes tastes/drinks at 7-8 local businesses. Most dietary needs can be met, we are kid friendly, and just want to show you a great morning/afternoon in beautiful Downtown Kelowna!

RECIPE OF THE MONTH

This month we are inspired by Anthony Bourdain's travels to Scotland. I was supposed to go in January, but had to delay my travels because of Covid. Perhaps this winter I will try to get over again. However, it is still soup season in my books. It's the beginning of spring, but on a cool spring night a nice bowl of soup still warms the soul.

This is a super easy soup to make as it only takes about 30 minutes. At the beginning of next month I will show a video of making it here myself. In the meantime enjoy this hearty soup recipe from Anthony Bourdain & Christina Conte!
